The Cysteine amino acid structure.
Believe it or not, this amino acid looks the same in an Orchid, as it appears in a Human. It looks the same in a Oak Tree, as it appears in a Dog.

Without Cysteine, the body can not build the defense that the cells need to defend against the suns radiation.
Have you ever wondered why an apple rots so fast after the flesh is exposed?

This is due to Oxidative Stress.
The same type of thing happens with the sun. I am sure you have seen plants that dry out, the lawn gets burnt from the sun. That’s because there is no protection left in the cells of the plant, to defend it from attack.
Your body works in pretty much the same way.
But, sometimes we can’t see it. Sure, our skin burns if we stay in the sun too long. But did you know that oxidative stress occurs within the body where it is causing havoc within our cells and sometime causing cells to die and cause things like tumours.
Cysteine is the limiting factor in the defense of our cells. It contributes to the creation of glutathione and intra-cellular glutathione.
Glutathione is made for the body, by the body.

Without glutathione we would simple disintegrate.
Here is a e-Booklet you can read to learn more about Glutathione and Cysteine.
